Summary
Pilot took off and noticed a brummell hook from his system had become detached and fallen inside his pod harness. Pilot continued to fly and landed safely. Pilot took off again and decided not to bother with the detached hook. He then noticed his foot place was out of position due to the hook not being attached.

Pilot landed due to SOS on flight instrument. On taking off again the pilot did not do a pre-flight check and found his right hand brake handle was looped through the C lines.
