Summary
Pilot kited glider up hill only to find it was very windy on top. Pilot attempted to collapse glider but control line became caught in parachute deployment handle and pulled parachute out of harness. Pilot eventually regained control and subsequently discovered flaps on harness to prevent line snags.

Summary
Pilot was flying with new foot stirrup and on launching caught his speed system around his flight deck. He rectified this then attempted to use his stirrup. On reaching for then stirrup he accidentally grabbed his parachute deployment handle and pulled it, releasing the pins. The parachute deployed and the pilot landed safely.

Summary
Pilot carried out a test parachute deployment on his Advance Lightness 3 harness in accordance with the harness manual and with the modified handle and deployment bag. He found the parachute would not deploy. He tried a second time pulling slightly rearward and again the parachute would not deploy. In both cases the rearward facing yellow retaining cable bent preventing release. On a third attempt the pilot pulled slightly forwards and the parachute deployed.

Summary
Pilot took off in windy conditions and found the wind was stronger than expected and more off to the west than was ideal. Pilot had to apply increasing amount of speed bar to penetrate and eventually full bar to avoid being blown back over ridge. Pilot then suffered asymmetric collapse and was unable to recover before hitting the ground.
