Pilot input most likely caused spin and riser twist leading to locked in spiral. Pilot deployed emergency parachute and landed unhurt.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt

Date 29.12.2021	Pilot Male Age: 38 Rating: P Flying Experience: 8 years 70 hours (40 hours) 130 flights (80 flights)	Location Mystic, Bright, Australia	Wing Type Paraglider Wing: Phi Maestro X-Alps	Summary Pilot discovered that glass fibre side slat had come out of position on harness and had interfered with speed bar line. This was not picked up during pre-flight check as line was still free moving. During subsequent flight the speed bar line cut half way through a load bearing strap. This was spotted on next pre-flight check.	Injury Pilot: Unhurt
