The pilot was unable to corrrect the situation and collided with a large bush.	Injury Unknown

He was unable to gain sufficient height to clear the lines which he subsequently flew into.	Injury Pilot: Fatal.

The left wing dropped and the control frame impacted the ground breaking the left upright, the impact caused the prop to catch the sail.	Injury Unknown

He overshot and flew to an alternative field but flew into rotor behind a hedge causing the aircraft to stall twice before impacting the ground.	Injury Pilot: Knocked unconcious, bleeding from nose, general bruising.

A long tube was attached to the parachute, which the pilot believes was from a model rocket.	Injury Unknown
