Summary
Glider overshot on launch inducing asymmetric collapse. Pilot continued to launch and the glider re-inflated with a small cravat. Pilot fell off the front of take-off inducing a 70% asymmetric collapse, which did not recover. The pilot managed to control his heading until the glider recovered and the pilot flew away safely.
