Whilst soaring on the coast pilot flew into rotor having not noticed a change in the wind direction. The glider suffered an asymmetric collapse and the pilot landed heavily, colliding with a wire fence.

Summary
Pilot called 'Takeoff' and proceeded to reverse launch. Pilot got the glider under control and proceeded to take off. The glider was flying with the pilot about 1.5m off the ground when a Tandem pilot with passenger reversed launched his wing into the path of the flying pilot. The wings entangled and the flying pilot crashed onto the takeoff suffering minor scrapes.
