At 120ft during tow launch the pilot released the line completely from his chest release. He then pushed out causing the glider to stall. During the stall the glider turned out of wind, at 20 ft the pilot stalled the glider again impacting the ground.

Summary
Following launch the pilot to a steeper cliff area in search of stronger lift. The air in this area was quite turbulent. As the pilot turned the glider it caught by a gust and the pilot impacted the cliff with his ankle. He flew to the beach to land.
