Summary
The pilot attempted to release from the tow but did not ascertain the release had been achieved (the tow line was still attached). The tow line was guillotined at the winch. Despite radio calls from the DTC and Winch Operator, the pilot was unaware the line was trailing and presenting a risk of entanglement on the ground. The pilot eventually released the line and the flight proceeded without further incident. Upon return to the launch area it was discovered the pilot had not connected their radio headset and did not hear messages to alert them that the tow line was attached.

Summary
Advance Weightless pod harness clipping-in error. Prior to take-off the pilot was aware that the harness seat felt different from usual. They terminated the launch and realised that they had mistakenly clipped in without putting their right leg through the fixed leg strap, potentially leaving them able to slip out of the harness had they become airborne.

A paraglider landed on the shooting range whilst it was in use by biathlon competitors, directly in front of a shooter. There were no reported injuries. It was reported on a local pilots' network that the pilot was British.
