Summary
During pre-flight inspection pilot noticed main A2 line was damaged where it attached to the Maillon connector. Pilot ordered new line and on fitting noticed adjacent line was also damaged. Further inspection showed a sharp irregularity on the upper, inside curve of the Maillon.

Whilst practicing stall to tailslide, pilot was too quick catching the dive on recovering from the tailside. Wing then entered parachutal stall then heli. Pilot did not recover heli and experienced riser twist that locked the brake lines. Pilot realised wing was unrecoverable and deployed emergency parachute, landing safely.
