Pilot attempted to launch diagonally across runway strip but failed to gain sufficient altitude to clear rough long grass - he impacted the long grass, beaking the prop and tearing the gliders sail.

During an attempted powered HG launch the aircraft drifted off course toward some trees. The pilot was unable to corrrect the situation and collided with a large bush.

Pilot attempted to launch his powered hang glider upslope but was unable to achieve sufficient airspeed. The left wing dropped and the control frame impacted the ground breaking the left upright, the impact caused the prop to catch the sail.

First landing approach was too high, pilot made a second attmept which was still too high. He overshot and flew to an alternative field but flew into rotor behind a hedge causing the aircraft to stall twice before impacting the ground.

Knocked unconcious, Bleeding from nose, general bruising.
