Whilst thermal soaring in strng conditions the pilot over controlled the canopy causing it to spin. He immediately threw his emergency parachute which successfully deployed. .

During tow launch the weak link broke. The protective muff remained attached to the tow line therefore the unprotected end recoiled and hit the pilot in the mouth.

HG pilot noticed PG being blown backwards towards his parked glider. PG was blown over flat HG. HG pilot caught PG tip lines deflating the canopy.

Following launch the pilot took one wrap on the controls. He then encountered rising air in which he applied both controls with the intention of slowing the glider down, the result of this was that the canopy stalled. and the pilot landed heavily.

Student failed to follow radio instruction during a soaring flight which resulted in him flying too close to the hill. The student did not turn away from the hill as he got lower and collided with the slope.

Student encountered lift during low hop as he did so he applied some control - on instruction to release the control the pilot did so and swung forward resulting in a heavy landing.

During PG tow launch the weak link broke causing the pilot to fall backwards - as he did so the quick release mechanism hit him in the mouth breaking a tooth.
