The pilot was ground handling his paraglider when some lines became snagged and damaged, having been caught around the ski goggle clip on the rear of his Sup Air "Pilot" helmet. Upon inspection he found that the screw casing for the clip (set into the moulded helmet shell) was protruding beyond the shell of the helmet. This caused the snag and damage to the lines.
