Following take off the glider began to oscillate in roll / yaw - the pilot was unable to control these oscillations which increased in severity until the glider impacted the ridge.

Using the s turn approach method, the pilot misjudged his position and ended up one third of the way down the field with too much height. He then hit some turbulence and was turned, the result being an impact with a telegraph pole.

Pilot attempting to land in an unfamiliar landing field. His downwind leg of the appraoch was too low which meant he had to make a steep/ tight turn into the field. As he made this turn the glider tip stalled and the pilot hit a bush.

Student encountered turbulence during tow launch - he attempted to correct the gliders direction but overcontrolled the glider resulting in him now facing downwind. He continued his downwind flight path until he impacted the ground.
