Pilot made turn above a group of paragliding students on the ground. As he passed over one of the students launched his wing. The pilot's feet became tangled in the glider and he braked and landed safely. Student admitted they did not look before launching.

Pilot came in for top landing still in prone and on the base bar. Immediately prior to landing the hang glider wing struck the rear of a paraglider pilot who was packing his wing in the landing area. The hang glider crashed and the nose of the glider struck the pilot on the back of his neck.
