Pilot initiated 360 degree turns to lose height on landing. On second turn the glider suffered an asymmetric collapse at approx 30m above the ground. The pilot did not react quickly enough and the glider collapsed fully. The wing partially recovered but the pilot landed heavily from approx 10m.

Whilst soaring on the coast pilot flew into rotor having not noticed a change in the wind direction. The glider suffered an asymmetric collapse and the pilot landed heavily, colliding with a wire fence.

Pilot allowed himself to get distracted and connected risers wrong way round. On launch pilot found he was facing backwards. Pilot maintained control and bottom landed on his feet walking backwards.

Pilot called 'Takeoff' and proceeded to reverse launch. Pilot got the glider under control and proceeded to take off. The glider was flying with the pilot about 1.5m off the ground when a Tandem pilot with passenger reversed launched his wing into the path of the flying pilot. The wings entangled and the flying pilot crashed onto the takeoff suffering minor scrapes.

Pilot landed in front of where intended on top of the cliff. Pilot tripped and fell forward and hit head hard on the wooden fence that surrounded the cliffs.
