Pilot attempted to launch his powered hang glider upslope but was unable to achieve sufficient airspeed. The left wing dropped and the control frame impacted the ground breaking the left upright, the impact caused the prop to catch the sail.

First landing approach was too high, pilot made a second attmept which was still too high. He overshot and flew to an alternative field but flew into rotor behind a hedge causing the aircraft to stall twice before impacting the ground.

During an early power launch the pilot released the power once airborne and then immediately flared the glider causing the right wing to stall and touch the ground, the glider rotaed about this wing and impacted the ground.
