Pilot disconnected Xtube tension strop to realine rear wires. On reassembling glider he forgot to reconnect Xtube strop. When about to launch pilot noticed VB was slack and then noticed Xtube strop not connected.

Hang glider pilot had mid-air collision with paraglider pilot. Paraglider turned to return down ridge but then flew towards hang glider. Hang glider attempted to dive clear but collided. Both were able to land safely.
