During a tandem aerotow launch turbulence caused the weak link to break. The pilot flew a downwind leg followed by an attempt to turn into wind. With insufficient height to complete the turn the pilot landed cross wind, hitting a fence.

During a tow launch the line broke whilst the glider was at a height of 1500ft. The pilot released the line which fell onto nearby pwer lines. A vehicle drove over the line draggin it over the power lines which broke.

At 120ft during tow launch the pilot released the line completely from his chest release. He then pushed out causing the glider to stall. During the stall the glider turned out of wind, at 20 ft the pilot stalled the glider again impacting the ground.
