As wheels prepared to touch down on bottom landing, slight weight shift from passenger and pilot caused one wheel to touch on longer grass. Base bar caught thicker grass and instead of the wheels rolling glider suddenly stopped and nosed into ground.

Pilot was too low and too far back on approach to top landing. Pilot avoided a parked glider on the ground and got glider into wind then hit the ground. Pilot let go and swung through the A frame and was hit in the back by the nose of the glider. 'Angle of dangle' rope had snapped due to wear.
