Prior to tow launch, as tension came full the line the tow release partially failed resulting in the left bridle coming off with the tow line attached to the right bridle only. The launched was aborted when the pilot had reached 10ft. Landed ok.

Pilot unable to release parachute from container during big fat repack parachute packing session. Reserve was repacked with the routing of the handle slightly modified - this then proved to be successful.

At 120ft during tow launch the pilot released the line completely from his chest release. He then pushed out causing the glider to stall. During the stall the glider turned out of wind, at 20 ft the pilot stalled the glider again impacting the ground.

Pilot being towed behind land rover usng climbing rope with no weak link or release at either end. Glider drifted off course and impacted the ground.
