Following a soaring flight the pilot appraoched the top landing by making a downwind leg then turning into wind. On turning into wind the pilot realised his glider wasnt penetrating forward. At 20ft his canopy collapsed and he fell to the ground.

Following a short xc flight the pilot misjudged his approach into a field clipping the roof of a barn on his final turn into wind. The glider rotated left and then inverted.

During an early power launch the pilot released the power once airborne and then immediately flared the glider causing the right wing to stall and touch the ground, the glider rotaed about this wing and impacted the ground.

Flying in turbulent conditions encountered sinking air as he turned away from the ridge. This resulted in him sinking below the ridge and approaching a tree, the pilots attemps to turn away from the tree were too late.

During a tandem aerotow launch turbulence caused the weak link to break. The pilot flew a downwind leg followed by an attempt to turn into wind. With insufficient height to complete the turn the pilot landed cross wind, hitting a fence.
