Tow release webbing pulled riser through carabiner prior to tow launch. The webbing loop tightened around the speed bar line pulley area. This was noticed after take-off. Pilot released at 700ft and landed safely.

Pilot attempted to launch diagonally across runway strip but failed to gain sufficient altitude to clear rough long grass - he impacted the long grass, beaking the prop and tearing the gliders sail.

Pilot flying downwind to intended landing field realised that he would not reach the field. Having left himself no other landing options, and with a large ditch beneath him, the pilot opted to land downwind. He impacted the downwind side of the ditch.

During tow launch the tow line finger trap loop came loose approximately 40 ft AGL. The pilot applkied brake to control the forward surge and impacted the ground feet first.

Pilot started engine of paramotor whilst supporting the frame. The canopy remained packed away. The engine revs were high pushing the unit forward. The pilot reacted by pushing out with his left hand which contacted the prop causing injury.
