BHPA Courses 2010/11

Coach Courses
Any Club interested in hosting a BHPA Club coach course, must speak to Dave Thompson after a date has been allocated (01792 469 244). Please note that the club coach course fee is now £30 per participant, and £20 for a retake.

Organizers should also be aware that the BHPA has introduced a system of Coach Revalidation. FSC also now recommend that coaches should re-attend a Coach Course at least every five years to ensure that nothing gets forgotten, and that they are fully up-to-date with current thinking.

Emergency Parachute Systems Course - Oct/Nov 2011
Please apply to BHPA Office if you are interested in attending this course. This 2 day BHPA EPS course is part of a training process towards qualification for the BHPA EPS qualification. You do NOT qualify just by attending the Course.

After the course you will be expected to increase your experience through attending Club repacks and doing further practice including supervised packs. Following this you will have to take an external exam. Please make sure you understand this. In the past, despite stating this very clearly, we have had persons attend expecting to walk away from this course with the qualification, this is NOT the case.
