Pilot started engine of paramotor whilst supporting the frame. The canopy remained packed away. The engine revs were high pushing the unit forward. The pilot reacted by pushing out with his left hand which contacted the prop causing injury.

Left hand Index finger 50% of Tip severed, fingers 2 & 3 removed amputated to first joint. Little finger 3mm of tip removed

Pilot failed to execute an emergency canopy collapse following an aborted forward launch. Part of the canopy contacted the motor causing damage to the lines and prop.

Pilot doing fly-by in front of camera turned sharply into the path of another paramotor. Second paramotor was forced to take evasive action which resulted in his canopies wing touching the sea causing a water landing.

Paramotor pilot landing out after a XC flight. During his landing approach the pilot attempted a 360 degree turn during which the wing stalled and entered a spin. The pilot landed heavily.

Sprained right hand, bruising.
