On landing, clip on pilots glove (for holding gloves together) became caught on cage netting. Pilot could not release brake. Landed safely and cut glove clips off!

Whilst cruising under power at 1950ft the bolt holding the left hand hangpoint attachment arm sheared. The pilot was able, with extreme difficulty, to hang on the the riser and execute a forced landing with minimal damage.

Whilst on a powered cross country flight the brummels connecting the speed system on the left side vibrated loose. The pilot was able to prevent the line from contacting the prop and landed safely.

Pilot crashed on launch causing broken leg. Crash also caused prop to puncture fuel tank resulting in explosion and fire. Swift action of CFI with extinguishers prevented more serious injuries.

Shortly after take off the pilot noticed tip steering line had become loose and was lying on the cage netting. The prussik loop holding the tip steering line had become loose.
