Pilot was attempting wingovers to lose height for a top landing. The final wingover was mistimed, tension in the lines was lost and cravattes formed in both wingtips. Glider entered spiral dive; pilot deployed emergency parachute which opened just in time to prevent injury.

Pilot was distracted and allowed nose of glider to drift upwards during winch launch. The glider went up at a high angle and the winch operator guillotined the line. The pilot pulled the bar in but caught an upright on the ground before fully in control, landing heavily.

Pilot had taken off in changing wind conditions and with the sea breeze coming in. While low in front of the hill attempting to thermal out, the pilot experienced turbulence and suffered a 50% asymmetric collapse. Due to low height the pilot was unable to regain control before crash landing on the road below.
