Pilot had asymmetric collapse while thermalling. The glider cravated resulting in a spiral dive with twisted risers. Pilot deployed parachute but it did not open. Pilot crashed heavily into mountainside.

Student was carrying out 360 degree turns under radio instruction. Student was in clear view of instructor on landing area but could not be seen from take off. Student had mid-air collision with student hang glider pilot who had just take off and had flown round a spur into the area where paraglider student was doing 360s. There was not time for the paragliding instructor to prevent the collision once the hang glider appeared. Both pilots landed in trees unhurt having successfully deployed their parachutes.

Student under training had mid-air collision with another paraglider pilot. Both pilots assumed the other had seen them and would take avoiding action having seen the other at some stage. Both pilots were able to continue flying after the collision despite some height loss and landed safely.

Student was practising slope landings. This task had already been practised on previous training days. On landing the student flared slightly unevenly causing a slight oscillation. The student put out his hand to steady his landing causing the injury.
