Inexperienced pilot soaring unfamiliar cliff site. After performing several 180 degree turns the pilot lost height and finding himself too close to the cliff face was unable to turn away before impact.

Inexperienced pilot attempted reverse launch. Appeared to have incorrectly set up equipmment possibly had the controls in the wrong hands. Following inflation the pilot lost control of the canopy and pendulumed into the ground.

Suspected bruised or compressed spine.

Pilot attemting to use thermal lift whilst very close to the hill in very weak conditions. Canopy suffered a left tuck, the pilot attempted to pump the left control but the canopy spun into the hill.

Sprained ankle. Complicated by discovery of a fracture related to a previous injury.

Student made final turn on landing approach too wide and as a result had insufficient height to reach the landing area and flew into small trees at the base of the hill.

A paraglider and hang glider were soaring Winter Hill when a small aircraft appeared and began to perform aerobatics close to the site. The paraglider suffered a collapse which the pilot was able to correct. .

Student let one of the controls up on landing causing the glider to turn / dive, this resulted in a landing on one foot which then twisted.
