Pilot launched into turbulent conditions resulting in the canopy pitching forward and backwards and finally entering a 180 degree spin. With insufficient height to recover the pilot impacted the hill.

Following launch the pilot noticed that the right control line was looped around another line. The pilot was able to slope land.

The pilot followed ridge to a position in which the ridge and wind direction were almost parallel. As he was unable to penetrate back upwind the pilot attempted to land on a small grassy area, turbulence led to a frontal collapse pilot impacted rocks.

During landing the canopys wing tip fell onto a pilot. The pilot then noticed a line trapped in the Brummel hook on the speed system. The line had been damaged by the hook. The diameter of the gap in the hooks was smaller than line diameter.

Three pilots on converging flight paths non of them took appropriate avoiding action resulting in them narrowley missing each other.

Pilot misjudged suitability of field for landing following a cross country flight, narrowly avoided power lines and an electric fence, and in the process caused the glider to spin 180 degrees resulting in the pilot landing heavily on his back.
