Student was on launch phase of flight. He started to run forward, the wing rose above his head at which point he applied too much brake causing the wing to pitch behind. He then released the brake causing the wing to pitch forward a collapse symmetrically. Student twisted ankle while running.

Student was carrying out top to bottom flight but got out of position for landing field. Was set up for landing cross wind in alternative field. Student turned at the very last moment into wind to fly over wall into next field but landed on top of wall.

Pilot was caught out by unexpected sink and was unable to reach the designated landing field. Pilot identified landing options but encountered further sink and landed short colliding with a building.

While practising full stall the pilot released brake pressure with the glider behind him causing the glider to dive in front. The pilot fell into the glider catching his boot eyelets in the lines. Pilot deployed emergency parachute and landed safely.

Pilot misjudged weather conditions while soaring mountain spurs waiting for a thermal during a comp. Pilot started descending rapidly and crashed onto the slope. Pilot suspects either wave or leeside air.

Pilot sat in harness, stood up to inflate glider in order to ground handle. On inflating the glider it surged forward and then turned left twisting the pilot and puling him to the ground. On trying to stand up the pilot noted his left foot was engaging the speed system.
