Having failed to recover from a spin the risers twisted up and the pilot deployed his parachute. The parachute failed to open fully and the pilot hit the water hard enough to burst harness airbag. Possible issues with packing.

Pilot struggled to launch and then flew parallel to the hillside in increasing winds. Glider suffered asymmetric collapse and turned towards the hill. Glider reinflated but pilot landed heavily.

During a parachute check it was discovered that the velcro used to alter the size of the parachute compartment had damaged the deployment bag. The velcro was refitted correctly and the parachute reinstalled.

Pilot was scratching low over trees utilising weak thermic lift. Pilot then encountered large sink and landed in the top of the trees. Branches then gave way and pilot fell 7-10m to the ground in a sitting position.

Pilot "slowed glider down" in order to reduce glide on approach. Pilot then applied even more brake and eventually the glider stalled. Pilot fell from approx 10m onto the sand.
