Shortly after the launch the pilot discovered the second tow line was hooked over the release levers. Glider entered lockout and winch man cut power and line enabling pilot to make recovery and land.

After using the speed bar in flight the pilot noticed that it had not released fully on one side. Pilot was eventually able to sort out in flight. Discovered that excess line had become snagged inside pod.

Pilot was caught out by light rain while attempting to land. At 10m the glider entered a parachutal stall and then full stalled and 3m. Pilot landed heavily on bracken covered slope.

While flying his paramotor the bar holding the risers on one side fractured at the weld and came away. It was held by a safety strap but the strap was so long the glider entered a turn and then collapsed. The pilot landed on top of the motor but was unhurt.

Student entered thermal and gained height into stronger winds. Student was blown back over ridge and hit a fence before being pulled over the edge of a quarry.
