During a repack it was noted that the deployment handle had pins but there was nowhere for the pins on the harness. Parachute very difficult to deploy.

During repack the Maillon connecting the harness bridle to the parachute bridle was found to be loose. There were no elastic bands holding it in place.

During repack parachute was found to have 'webbing to webbing' connection.

During Big Fat Repack pilot discovered that the parachute inner container had been connected in such a way that the deployment handle became tight before the pin had released. Parachute had been incorrectly packed. Handle was moved to alternative pin and functioned correctly.
