Flying in crowded conditions pilot suffered a symmetric collapse. Combination of wake turbulence and thermic turbulence suspected. Pilot was concerned that he focused on recovering glider and not at available height and parachute deployment.

Pilot crashed into hedge having ran out of landing options attempting to maximise distance in a competition. Pilot had assumed he would reach lift coming from a ridge but the lift was too violent to utilise.

While soaring on a busy ridge the pilot found himself in a situation where he had to take rapid evasive action to avoid a collision with another paraglider. Both pilots took avoiding action and narrowly missed a collision.

While ridge soaring at approx 25m AGL two gliders were heading in the same direction down the ridge. One slightly in front and lower than the other. At the end of the beat the lower, lead glider turned and was pushed out from the ridge by the terrain. The gliders narrowly missed each other.
