Pilot was scratching too close to the cliff and impacted it, luckily there was a ledge there that he managed to stand on and he was helped back on to the top.

While reverse launching for second flight the pilot heard crack as wing passed through 75 degrees. He aborted launch and packed up to find carbon seat plate was delaminated and cracked from port side two thirds back to starboard side rear corner. Small hole from manufacture appears to be star/end of delamination.

Pilot took off with twisted risers having walked down the slope due to strong winds at the take off area. Pilot lost control on launch and struck glancing blow on top of hill. Pilot was able to carry on flying and made successful bottom landing. Was driven to hospital where extent of injuries became apparent.

Pilot carried out pre-flight checks including lookout then attempted to launch his wing. The launch failed and the pilot prepared again. This time he forgot to check the airspace was clear before launching. As his glider rose up it impacted the harness of a pilot flying overhead. Luckily they did not tangle and the airborne pilot landed safely.

During a forward launch in light wind conditions the passenger stumbled. The pilot encouraged the passenger to continue but the glider sustained a 50% asymmetric collapse. This caused the pilot to lose control and both pilot and passenger rolled down the hill onto rocks.

Pilot lost control of his wing attempting to carry out acrobatic manoeuvres close to the hill and at low altitude. Failed SAT resulted in a cascade and the pilot crashed heavily.

Pilot was seen to use excessive brake on approach to landing. This continued resulting in the pilot almost stalling and then spinning the glider and being swung into the ground with some force.

Whilst on a straight glide the pilot heard/felt a collapse and looked up to see legs dragging across the top of his canopy. They became tangled briefly until the other pilot pulled his leg away causing a rip to the leading edge fabric. The glider entered a cascade which was recovered when the pilot carried out a full stall. Both pilots carried on with their flights.

On finishing towing for the day (Koch winch) the operator discovered that the hook at the bottom of one of the guillotine springs had snapped at the point it is formed from the body of the spring.
