While soaring in crowded conditions, pilot had mid air collision with another paraglider. Both gliders suffered small asymmetric collapses but both recovered immediately and the pilots continued flying.

Pilot was too low and too far back on approach to top landing. Pilot avoided a parked glider on the ground and got glider into wind then hit the ground. Pilot let go and swung through the A frame and was hit in the back by the nose of the glider. 'Angle of dangle' rope had snapped due to wear.

Using a particular 'cross brake' reverse launch technique, pilot found that the brake line was getting caught in the magnetic keepers for the brake handles. Pilot noted that others had had similar problems. Pilot modified keepers.

Pilot was being static towed behind a vehicle when the tow rope snapped while he was at approx 10m. Glider dived, had a frontal collapse and the pilot swung into the ground.

Student was on soaring flight under instruction with the intention of maintaining height. At the end of one beat the student continued the turn as if to 360. Instructed to turn away but did not. Student flew into the side of the hill.

Pilot was flying with large amount of brake while coming in to land at approx 2m off the ground. At this moment a tandem glider passed in front and the paraglider stalled dropping the pilot on his back.

Pilot released the leader rope from the keel but the rope caught on the tow rope ring and became knotted. Weak link broke and pilot was able to continue the flight.
