Pilot had mid-air collision with polystyrene model glider having flown between the model and it's controller. Model became entangled in the glider lines but the pilot was able to bottom land safely.

Pilot misjudged transition flight from lower cliff to upper cliff as the wind eased off. Pilot ended up on steep slope between the two cliffs. Pilot was rescued by coast guard cliff rescue team.

Pilot landed on slightly rising ground with rough contour/rabbit holes. Flared late and landed at speed, left foot caught in rabbit hole and twisted as pilot continued forward to halt.

Pilot decided to land as he was unhappy with the breezy conditions. Pilot sustained asymmetric collapse at low level and impacted the hillside with force.

On approach to landing in a small clear area surrounded by rocks and uneven ground, the pilot attempted to progressively flair but stalled the wing, causing the pilot to fall vertically about 1.5 metres onto uneven ground.

Pilot caught hand on rear wires and failed to grasp upright resulting in pilot losing control in strengthening winds and entered steep turn. Pilot crashed and ended up on top of his glider.

Reserve was test deployed in workshop before being repacked. The plastic retaining wire became detached from the handle, due to manufacturing fault, and stayed in the closure loops preventing deployment.
