Pilot misjudged height on approach and was too low to clear barbed wire fence. Pilot put out legs to absorb impact and protect passenger. Pilot sustained leg injuries but passenger was unhurt.

Pilot attempted to reverse launch glider but did not see another pilot on approach to slope landing. The launching glider made contact with the harness and body of the airborne pilot but they were able to land safely.

Pilot was on approach to a slope landing when another pilot launched their glider directly in the flight path. The airborne pilot's legs made contact with the flying pilot's harness and arm. They were able to continue flying and landed safely.

Pilot failed to properly fasten zip on harness. While thermalling he noticed something fall from his harness. His concertina bag had fallen out. Someone else spotted it fall and was able to tell the pilot who later retrieved the bag.

Pilot attempted to launch from a ramp in possible tail/side wind. Glider did not gain sufficient airspeed and subsequently stalled, hitting the hill to the side of the ramp.

Student was concerned about proximity to slope after successful take off so applied excessive brakes. Realising the error she let up quickly which resulted in the glider diving forward and sustaining an asymmetric collapse. Student crashed into hill but sustained only minor injuries.
