Pilot suffered engine failure after 15 minutes but had height to return to take-off. Take-off area was sloping carpark and pilot was forced to land crosswind. Pilot landed heavily.

During full stall while on SIV course the parachute deployment handle became snagged by glider lines. Pilot regained control of glider but then parachute came out and pilot landed in the lake under his parachute.

Pilot was uhndertaking SIV training. The exercise was Full Stall, during which the reserve parachute deployed. Video playback suggest that the pilots hands thrashing around during the exercise brushed the reserve handle dislodging the pins and deplyed the reserve.
