Student was ground handling with paraglider. Student inflated glider but it came up off-centre. Student moved under glider but stumbled and fell over, knocking her head.

Having had short and uneventful tandem flight the passenger walked back to the top of the hill and complained of feeling feint. Was subsequently found to be fine after hospital visit.

Shortly after launching the pilot was caught out by a heavy rain shower. It passed quickly but the pilot was aware the glider was wet and so was cautious with the controls. After about 15 mins the glider entered a parachutal stall. Pilot tried to turn as he was over the sea and the glider entered a spin. Pilot crashed into the hillside.

Pilot rigged and checked glider. While waiting for conditions to improve pilot unzipped keel zip to lubricate the VG. Pilot then completed short top to bottom before realising he had not done up the zip again.

Pilot misjudged height on approach and was too low to clear barbed wire fence. Pilot put out legs to absorb impact and protect passenger. Pilot sustained leg injuries but passenger was unhurt.

Pilot attempted to reverse launch glider but did not see another pilot on approach to slope landing. The launching glider made contact with the harness and body of the airborne pilot but they were able to land safely.
