Pilot sprained his ankle on launch and decided to head for grassy area to land. Pilot hit sink and was forced to land on rough ground further damaging his ankle.

Pilot took off into thermal cycle and was lifted in strong lift up 150 feet and sideways to the left. The glider then suffered a 50% asymmetric collapse which resulted in the glider spiralling into the ground.

Tandem pilot followed solo pilot into a thermal but solo pilot wast gust stalled leaving tandem nowhere to go. Tandem pilot deliberately stalled his glider to avoid a collision. Landed heavily but unhurt.

Pilot attempted to take off on a steep slope about 10m upwind of a wall. Strong wind and thermals contributed to loss of control of the glider whilst ground handling. Wing dragged pilot back up the slope and over the wall causing the injuries.
