During launch the canopy started to drift to the right, the student failed to correct this and was soon airborne heading for a fence. The student failed to correct his flight path and impacted the fence.

Pilot launched into strong gusty conditions and was unable to penetrate forward. At about 30ft up the canopy suffered an asymetric tuck to the right causing a turn into the hill.
