Paraglider pilot flying in strong conditions, was seen to fly downwind behind the ridge whilst low. The pilot reappeared almost upside down in his harness. He then flew downwind again and the canopy was seen to collapse. Pilot was uninjured.

Following launch the pilot was unable to assume the prone position in the harness. Upon later inspection he discovered that the internal harness chord had broken.

Inexperienced pilot caught in venturi effect whilst ridge soaring. He bagan to drift backwards over the ridge and collided with a tree injuring his arm.

During wingovers canopy collapsed then recovered violently breaking several lines. Pilot deployed parachute.

Pilot flying coastal ridge misjudged wind strength and direction and was unable to fly back to his launch point. He attemptted to top land the cliff site but flew into turbulent air behind the ridge, causing his glider to drop.

Pilot launched into turbulent conditions resulting in the canopy pitching forward and backwards and finally entering a 180 degree spin. With insufficient height to recover the pilot impacted the hill.
