Pilot misjudged landing approach and undershot the intended landing field. He collided with a tall bush resulting in the glider sustaining structural damage.

Following a soaring flight the pilot flew downwind at 500ft agl to land at the car park. At 250ft the canopy suffered a major collapse. The pilot chose to throw her emergency parachute which opened immediately. She landed uninjured.

Pilot performing 360 degree turns whilst low. During one turn the glider encountered sinking air with the result that he was unable to complete the turn, the pilot impacted the hill.

Pilot approaching top landing field misjudged windstrength and made his final turn too low leaving insufficient height to clear a wall at the downwind end of the field. The pilot landed cross wind behind the wall.

Following a xc flight the pilot misjudged the wind direction which resulted in a downwind landing. The glider landed on its wheels then ground looped.

Whilst collapsing the canopy following landing a gust caused the canopy to inflate pulling the pilot up and backwards. The pilots helmet hit a fence and snagged as the rest of his body was pulled over the fence.
