Pilot tow launched whilst wearing doodlebug power harness - engine off. At 20ft glider drifted off line - tow aborted - pilot unable to control gliders direction, drifted off course, pilot landed heavily on right side.

Whilst thermal soaring tha canopy entered a spin which the pilot didnt immediately recognise. The pilot countered the turn by braking the opposite wing causing the canopy to stall. With insufficient height for recovery the pilot threw his parachute.

Whilst tow launching the pilot attempted to correct his track by turning right. However, he did not maintain sufficient airspeed during this attempted turn, causing the left wing to stall. The glider drifted off course and impacted the ground.

Student on early high flight overcontrolled the pitch of the glider durng landing. Attempted to flare then fell through the A frame - failed to let go of the uprights.
