Pilot armed quickouts prior to tandem flight in breezy conditions with damp grass under foot and close to hedge, road and trees. Pilot intended to disarm as soon as in safe flight. On attempting to disarm the pilot's finger slipped and hit the release button. Pilot was able to push insert back into place and disarm.

Pilot misjudged weather and made the incorrect decision to land at the top of the hill. Due to the wind strength the pilot decided to land in the field behind take off but had insufficient height and landed on a fence damaging the wing/harnesses but otherwise unhurt.

While making 'dry run' approach in low light conditions, the pilot failed to see power lines that were partially hidden along a line of trees surrounding the chosen field. Pilot struck the power lines and sustained minor injuries.

Pilot decided to abort launch at the very last moment, by full application of control handles in order to stall wing. Could not stop and fell from front of the launch approx 5ft onto mountainside. Was assisted in collecting wing and climbing back onto launch.

Pilot applied excessive control while turning in to wind for landing due to being lower than anticipated. Glider suffered asymmetric collapse at low level and pilot landed heavily.

Tow release failed to release on the top of tow, winch operator guillotined line, pilot landed safely with line attached. On inspection the release loop cord was located beyond the release pin attachedment eye, as the width of the pin attachemnt eye is wider than the pin the pin could not be pulled out when under load.
