While soaring in crowded conditions, pilot had mid air collision with another paraglider. Both gliders suffered small asymmetric collapses but both recovered immediately and the pilots continued flying.

Using a particular 'cross brake' reverse launch technique, pilot found that the brake line was getting caught in the magnetic keepers for the brake handles. Pilot noted that others had had similar problems. Pilot modified keepers.

Student was on soaring flight under instruction with the intention of maintaining height. At the end of one beat the student continued the turn as if to 360. Instructed to turn away but did not. Student flew into the side of the hill.

Pilot landed on grassy plateaux as wind appeared to be dropping. Before he turned to face the glider a gust hit and dragged the pilot back and over rocky terrain and then over a 6m drop onto rocks.
