On downwind leg while dune soaring wind lessened. Pilot turned into wind to land not quite into wind tripped on landing extended left arm in sand breaking wrist.

Hill pilot on tow conversion. When line slackened for pilot to correct drift, drogue parachute started twisting/spinning. When releasing from the line, the tow bridal had twisted around the ring preventing the line from being released. Pilot successfully "S"-ed off height and landed without incident. Knott in drogue line found to be cause.

With all settings as per manual, glider response to SIV manoeuvres was well in excess of EN requirements for B rated glider. Symmetric and asymmetric collapses gave recovery characteristics of EN D.

Pilot was coastal soaring and on crossing a headland, encountered rotor turbulence forcing him down. Pilot assumed he was high enough to avoid the turbulence.

Pilot deliberately stalled glider but was unable to control the recovery. The glider diver 135 degrees and pilot fell past. Pilot deployed parachute and landed moments after it had inflated.

Pilot made course correction when pilot in front turned sharper than he expected while ridge soaring in busy conditions. This corrected path resulted in a midair collision with another paraglider who was passing below. Both pilots landed safely.
