Pilot made emergency landing having aborted a tow due to the release activating prematurely as it caught on the basebar. Pilot made good landing but stubbed toe causing a fracture.

Pilot had frontal collapse at 600ft while on landing approach. Pilot regained control at 60ft but struck power lines causing the pilot to pendulum underneath to the ground.

Student pilot slowed to minimum sink speed on approach as instructed, but failed to flare until after landing. Later conversation with student revealed only 10% vision in one eye. (i.e. poor binocular vision.)

Pilot spun glider while attempting to dampen a surge caused by coming out of a turn in thermic conditions. Pilot lost control and crashed through trees.

During repack the pilot noticed that the rearmost retailing elastic had been drawn inside the grommet of the middle elastic. This made extraction extremely difficult requiring significant force.
