Whilst practicing stall to tailslide, pilot was too quick catching the dive on recovering from the tailside. Wing then entered parachutal stall then heli. Pilot did not recover heli and experienced riser twist that locked the brake lines. Pilot realised wing was unrecoverable and deployed emergency parachute, landing safely.

Two pilots were test flying Jet Turbine paramotors. Lead pilot misjudged turn into wind and hit the ground. Fuel tank ruptured on impact and spilled diesel onto hot engine with no negative effects.

The incident occurred when the pilot's paraglider was induced into a turn by the ingestion of the left-hand control line into the turning propeller. The turn developed into a spiral dive, from which the pilot was unable to recover before impacting the ground.
