Glider overshot on launch inducing asymmetric collapse. Pilot continued to launch and the glider re-inflated with a small cravat. Pilot fell off the front of take-off inducing a 70% asymmetric collapse, which did not recover. The pilot managed to control his heading until the glider recovered and the pilot flew away safely.

During reverse ground handling training, the student pilot released the brakes during the "wall building" stage. The glider then inflated right wing tip first and quickly rose up and to the student's right hand side, pulling him onto his side.
